Responsibilities:
• Outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Research and identify potential customers
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
• Provide product information and address customer inquiries
• Record customer information and interactions in CRM system
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software
