Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture the sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree is a plus)
