Shifts : Day shifts
Working days : 6 days working - GENERAL SHIFT
Week-off : SUNDAY.
Responsibilities:
• Handling customers' inquiries and providing solutions through email.
• Gathering customer information and explain service options and procedures.
• Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate actions.
• Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Documenting customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of computer systems
Aadhaar number mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
