for a Telecaller in Dealership Position: Telecaller Department: Sales/Customer Service Reporting To: Sales Manager/Customer Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote sales, offers, or services. Generate leads by cold-calling and following up on inquiries from various sources. 2. Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicles, services, or solutions. Handle customer queries regarding product specifications, pricing, financing options, and offers. Schedule appointments for test drives or dealership visits. 3. Lead Management: Maintain a database of customer information, leads, and follow-ups. Update the CRM system with call details, customer interactions, and next action points. 4. Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling from lead generation to final sales closure. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through effective telemarketing. 5. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers about their experience and share insights with the management for service improvements. Address complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department. 6. Campaign Participation: Support marketing campaigns by informing customers about special events, promotions, and new launches. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Basic knowledge of automobile products and financing options (training may be provided). Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency. Fluent in the local language, with additional languages being an advantage. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in sales or customer service. Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional field visits if required. May involve working on weekends and holidays as per the dealership's schedule. Performance Indicators: Number of calls made per day. Conversion rate of leads to sales. Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
