Key Responsibilities:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Manage and update customer information in the database with disciplined follow-ups.
• Handle objections/grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
• Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English & Hindi).
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
• Ability to quickly learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Should not be hesitant with rigorous calling, target pressure handling and teamwork.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Must have Skills:
• Email drafting
• Proficiency of using Google Sheet
Experience:
• 1-3 years in Sales
