Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Planning :
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the Solar sector, targeting businesses, municipalities, and government organizations.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
• Manage and prioritize sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and meet quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and challenges related to utility payments and suggest tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure satisfaction with the company's services.
• Consultative Selling & Presentations :
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of ONEPAY's products ( Solar)and services.
• Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts based on client requirements.
• Market Analysis :
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes within the utility sector.
• Provide insights and feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of ONEPAY's offerings.
• Sales Reporting & Administration :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports to track performance against targets and forecast future sales.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• Participate in product training and industry events to stay up-to-date on best practices and product innovations.
