Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential customers, introducing products or services, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Present and explain company products or services, answering questions and addressing customer needs.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve sales strategies and increase conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer preferences and concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively handle customer objections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role. Freshers are also applicable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales deals.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Higher secondary pass or Graduation.
