Job Description

• Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
• Generate leads : Use communication skills and product knowledge to identify potential customers.
• Follow-Up Calls : Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any concerns, and encourage repeat business.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, sales.
• Make sales : Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services
• Build relationships : Develop and maintain relationships with customers, addressing concerns and resolving complaints
• Meet sales targets : Use sales techniques to meet monthly sales targets
• Product Knowledge : Maintain an up-to-date understanding of products or services being offered to effectively answer customer queries and close sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
