The Telesales Representative will play a critical role in growing our SaaS business by generating high-quality sales leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the Sales team. As an SDR, you'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify and engage potential clients who could benefit from our SaaS solutions, building an early pipeline of opportunities. This is a target-driven role, requiring a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a persistent attitude toward achieving goals.
You'll work closely with Sales Representatives & Marketing to help manage lead lists, re-marketing campaigns, and more. You'll have to learn the basic offerings of payroll, benefits, and human resources. The key performance indicator is how many calls get converted to Demo Meetings with the customers.
Responsibilities
Understand in detail the HRMS proposition and communicate effectively with customers
• Make 60-70 Phone Calls per day to drive the calling-led sales channel
• Drive Sales pipeline through outreach phone-calls with a focus on setting demo appointments
• Manage the CRM with detailed Lead Info capture and Call Logs. Use CRM software (HubSpot) to track and manage leads, record interactions, and analyze lead conversion data.
• Cold outreach through phone calls to HR Heads, and nurture leads for future sales prospecting
• Efficient customer outreach to ensure all inbound leads get contacted within 5 minutes
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing on various projects that are in support of the entire sales team
Qualifications
Ideal candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in Inbound / Outbound Sales Team. Extensive knowledge of working on a CRM platform. Ability to understand the nuances of SaaS Sales.
