Job Description

Responsibilities : As a Telesales, the primary responsibility will be to call, connect, and identify potential retailers, wholesalers & distributors of plywood PAN INDIA via phone calls, brief them about our manufacturing, pitch the sales, and take orders on the phone calls. Reply to the queries in the best interest of the company. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customers and assessing their needs to buy and maintain the relationship for further relationships.

In Details:

1. The company will provide Data Base. Need to call about 40 - 50 customers per day.

2. You need to call from your mobile number and send WhatsApp to interested customers. You need to update the Excel sheet about your daily call records.

3. Need to report to your team leader about your daily update.

4. You need to regularly post on Facebook and Instagram about our product to engage with more customers and get more leads.

Candidates also have to be active on Facebook & Instagram to post advertisements about the plywood and Products.

Job Location:

This is work from home and candidates from any part of India can apply who have said expertise and are ready to achieve sales target per month. Freshers and Interns are also most welcome.

Salary Range:

For Experience (Plywood Domain): Rs. 15,000 PM - 22,000 PM + Incentives.

For Experience (In any Field): Rs. 10,000 PM - 15,000 PM + Incentives.

For Freshers: Rs. 5,000 Per Month - Rs. 6,000 Per Month + Incentives.

For Interns: Mobile Recharge + Incentives (No Target) for the period of 3 months.

Target :

1.For experience, each candidate needs to close at least 2 - 4 sales per month.

2.For Freshers, each candidate needs to close 1 sale per month.

3.For Interns, there is no target but need to maintain and create the database daily.

This job is completely target-based for experienced and fresher candidates, if they fail to achieve the target then their salary will be put on hold for the next month or till they didn't close the sales target.

Job Timing:

Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6:30 pm Sunday week off.

Probation:

Each candidate will work under probation for 3 months and will get benefits of PF, ESI, and other compliance after completing 3 months of probation.

Note :

Every candidate needs to take 5 days of training before joining, after completing the training only they will be provided with an offer letter. 5 days of training is compulsory for every candidate where we will inform them about our product, give information on how to pitch the sales, how to update the sheet, who to report, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 per year
