Job Description

• Outbound Calls and Lead Generation:
• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list or database.
• Present and explain our digital marketing services to prospects, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
• Lead Qualification and Nurturing:
• Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads based on their needs and potential fit for our services.
• Follow up with leads to provide additional information, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Appointment Setting:
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the communication process.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Accurately record call details, lead status, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
• Generate and submit regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
• Gather feedback from prospects to help refine our marketing strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related role, preferably within the digital marketing sector.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts in a simple and compelling way.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong desire to meet and exceed targets.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or business are a plus.
• years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role, ideally in digital marketing.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
