Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven International Tele caller to join our digital marketing team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching our digital marketing services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our digital marketing services.

Identify and qualify sales leads, ensuring they meet the target criteria.

Maintain a high level of daily call activity to meet targets.

Client Engagement:

Understand client needs and provide information on how our digital marketing solutions can address their challenges.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups.

Sales Support:

Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

Assist in sending marketing materials and proposals to prospective clients.

Maintain detailed records of call activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify potential markets and clients within the UAE and Dubai region.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

Fluent in English;

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
