: Telesales Executive (International Inbound Calls)Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Executive handling international inbound calls, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services to drive sales. Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls from international customers interested in our products or services. Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
Understand Customer Needs: Listen actively to customers to understand their requirements, concerns, and objections. Offer appropriate solutions or information to address their needs effectively.
Promote Products/Services: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Guide customers through the sales process and overcome objections to close deals.
Maintain Customer Relationships: Build strong rapport with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Follow up on sales inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
Adhere to Sales Scripts and Guidelines: Follow established sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Document and Update Customer Records: Accurately record customer information, transactions, and interactions in the CRM system. Keep detailed and organized records of sales activities.
Collaborate with Team Members: Coordinate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall sales efficiency.
