Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make a specified number of outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers.
• Product Promotion: Explain and promote products or services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Fresher + Experienced candidates (0-3 years)

2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

3.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, etc)

Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
