• Contact potential and existing patients to provide information about hospital services and treatments.
• Understand patient needs and communicate available cancer care options.
• Generate leads through calls and follow up to convert them into hospital visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, caregivers, and referring doctors.
• Address patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain and update the patient database with call details and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams for campaigns.
• Share patient feedback to improve services and strategies.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
• Analyze call data and suggest improvements.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English with strong communication skills.
• Empathy and a patient-focused approach.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
