Job Title: Tele Sales & Tele caller

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales & Tele-callers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial situations, and presenting our debt relief solutions to meet their needs. Your efforts will help clients achieve financial freedom, while you contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Contact potential clients via calls to introduce them to our financial services and understand their financial challenges.
• Sales & Conversion: Present and promote our debt management solutions, converting leads into customers through consultative sales.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and nurture relationships.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to build trust with clients, addressing their concerns and offering clear explanations about our services.
• Documentation & Records: Keep accurate and organized records of all interactions, sales, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and legal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (any field) additional qualifications in finance, business, or related fields are a plus.
• Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in sales or tele calling, preferably in the financial services or consulting industry.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High degree of empathy and patience, with a client-first approach
• Languages: Proficiency in English and any other regional language relevant to the location will be an advantage.
