Job title : Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound callsto potential customers.
• Promote and sell products/services over the phone.
• Achieve and exceed salestargets.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
• Provide excellent customerservice and resolve customer inquiries.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is mandatory
• Online telesales and Offline sales experience, preferably in consumer
durables
• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate degree
• Skills:
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi and English.
Additional Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
