As a Telesales, you will utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to engage with existing and potential customers, assisting them with their inquiries while promoting our services. Your role will be crucial in generating sales and maintaining accurate records of all communications. You will also support the Business Development Manager with related tasks and reports.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales Engagement: Call existing and potential customers to explain our services and generate revenue for the organization.
• Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new leads through calls and other outreach methods to increase sales opportunities.
• Call Management: Utilize inbound and outbound calls to increase sales and meet targets.
• Customer Support: Answer questions regarding services to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Information Recording: Share and record accurate information of communications with customers to update the database.
• Relationship Building: Develop and sustain relationships with customers to encourage long-term business.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets regarding call volume and sales.
• Client Engagement: Attend client meetings and participate in other sales activities outside the office to build relationships and drive sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 0 to 6 months of proven experience as a Telesales Executive, preferably in the edtech sector.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably Female.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
