Telesales Executive
Job Description
•TELESALES EXECUTIVE •
Location : Noida
Shift Timing : 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week (rotational shift)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound callsto potential customers. Promote and sell products/services over the phone.
Achieve and exceed salestargets. Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
Provide excellent customerservice and resolve customer inquiries. Requirements:
Experience :
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is mandatory Online telesales and Offline sales experience, preferably in consumer durables
Education : Graduate or Undergraduate degree
Skills :
Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi and English.
Additional Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
