Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, prospect new clients, and achieve sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our aviation services, including aircraft sales, leasing, and charter, to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

5. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management to track progress against targets and strategize future initiatives.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and delivery of services.

7. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of developments in the aviation industry, attend training sessions, and participate in professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

For Freshers:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong passion for sales and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Adaptability and willingness to embrace challenges.

For Experienced Candidates:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aviation industry.

- Strong network of contacts within the aviation or related industries.

- Advanced negotiation and closing skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
