Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective attendees and sell event participation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat attendance and participation.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and contribute to team sales goals.
• Provide feedback to the team on client needs, concerns, and interests to help shape future events.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Assist in resolving any issues or questions clients may have regarding the event.
