Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and generating leads for sales. The Tele Caller will also handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain customer databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls from prospective customers, handle inquiries, and provide detailed information.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers who have shown interest in the products/services.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details in the system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and sales generated.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with information about new products/services and promotional offers.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and record customer feedback and share it with the relevant teams for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Language: Fluency in [insert required languages] is required.
