We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team for the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting potential customers into long-term clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the US market to promote products/services.
• Understand customer needs, pitch relevant solutions, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to confidently address customer queries.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Update CRM systems with accurate and timely information regarding customer interactions.
• Handle objections and complaints professionally to achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new sales strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably targeting the US market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral or US accent.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a competitive sales environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts to align with the US time zones.
