Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
2. Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements, provide tailored solutions, and showcase our modular kitchen designs.
3. Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales, meeting monthly sales targets.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional support, resolving queries and concerns.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our modular kitchen products, features, and promotions.
Requirements
1. Experience: 1-2 years in telesales, preferably in the furniture/modular kitchen industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
4. Technical: Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and digital platforms.
5. Language: Fluency in [English].
