Telesales Executive
Job Description
We are hiring for Telesales Executive for our Royal Enfield Showroom in Dehradun.
Job Responsibilities:
• Call on the provided leads and convert them for the company through telephonic conversations by making customers visit to the showroom.
• Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
• Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role.
• Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
• Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Female candidates required.
• Candidates with two/four wheeler sales experience will be given preference.
