Job Description

• Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Present and explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate and current information.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Telesales Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• A strong understanding of the product/service being sold is preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Office-based or remote working depending on company policy.
• May require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to reach customers in different time zones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
