We are Hiring Telesales Marketer in Lakhi Architects & Interiors

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.

Customer Engagement:

• Answer questions about products or services and address customer concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Persuasion & Conversion:

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Data & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding customer trends and preferences.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts and sales techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

Sales:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
