Tele sales jobs have become a vital part of many businesses or companies and are in demand in distinct parts of the country. We want Tele callers to generate leads, increase sales, and therefore generate revenue for the company. The calling job does not end with calling potential customers but is expected to perform certain operations or paperwork to keep track of customers in progress.
Role & responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Sales.
• Understand client requirements and provide detailed pricing information.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other sources.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Schedule appointments for site visits and property demonstrations.
• Respond to inquiries and address client concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain a database of client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Preferred candidate profile
• Proven experience in a customer support or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or interest in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships.
Education and Experience
• Intermediate Completed candidates can also apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are also applying with the Proven experience in telemarketing or tele calling or tele sales, especially in the real estate industry, which is a plus.
