Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce and promote Alkemy EdTech's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Actively listen to customer requirements and offer tailored solutions that match their needs.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Address customer objections professionally and persuasively.
• Negotiate deals confidently to achieve successful closures.
• Guide customers through payment processes and ensure timely transactions.
• Provide a smooth onboarding experience and initial support to new customers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales pitches with campaigns.
• Coordinate with telecalling teams to manage and convert leads effectively.
• Update customer records, sales data, and progress in the CRM system accurately.
• Provide feedback and sales reports to the management for performance analysis.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and techniques.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in EdTech or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.
