Job Details:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media prospecting.

Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of sales activities.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.

CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, track sales activities, and generate reports for management.

Key Skills:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 2- 4 years of Outbound sales experience .
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English & Hindi , with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport.
• Result-Driven: Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales goals, with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, working effectively in a team environment to achieve collective goals.
• International Calling (into sales) will be Advantage
