Telesales Executive
Job Description
JAYCHAN ENTERPRISES is a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Tirupur. We specialize in providing high-quality Home Decor Products. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and self motivated candidate to join our team.
JOB ROLE:
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries through various channels like IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.
• Provide detailed information about our products and address customer queries effectively to generate interest and sale leads.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers.
• Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Skill Requirements:
• Fluent in English, Hindi and other regional languages if any.
The job can be searched as sales, BPO international voice process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
