We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive to make outbound calls, pitch products/services, generate leads, and close sales. Candidates must have strong communication and negotiation skills, basic computer knowledge, and a target-driven attitude. Experience in telesales is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Pitch products/services and explain their benefits effectively.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Generate leads and close sales over the phone.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
