Job Title: Tele-caller - Outbound Calls

Location: MRC Nagar, Santhome, Chennai

Salary: Up to ?20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outbound calling

Interview Mode: Walk-In Interviews (No Online Interviews)

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their needs.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads, maintaining and updating the customer database
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 2 years in outbound calling.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Tamil; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
• Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to persuade and influence customers.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
