Hiring for Telesales Executive:

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Counsellor to join our TeleSales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tele-sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, market research, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct effective client presentations, addressing their needs and positioning our tele-sales solutions as valuable assets.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

TeleSales Execution:

• Conduct high-quality tele-sales interactions to promote products or services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Use persuasive communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma is fine.
• Good Communication in English and Tamil.
• Proven experience in tele-sales, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Experience:

• Freshers can also apply ( 2021 to 2024 Passouts)
• Only Strongly experienced person of 1 to 3 years in any Telesales Process Like (Ex: Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, Product sales in Any Relevant Field)

• Below 28 is Required
