We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
• Build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
• Qualify leads and assess their suitability for our products/services.
• Educate prospects on the features and benefits of our offerings and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales-related role.
• Strong sales aptitude and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
