Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Female Telesales to join our team. The Telesales will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing the office, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide information about our driving school Make outgoing calls to potential customers Manage the office, including filing, record keeping, and ordering supplies Provide excellent customer service to students and parents Assist with marketing and promotional activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Basic computer skills Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
