Position Overview-

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. This role involves promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent service to close deals and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Lead Generation:
• Contact potential customers to introduce products or services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
• Customer Engagement:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product.
• Respond to queries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on product or service features and benefits.
• Clearly explain and promote offerings to customers.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
• CRM and Documentation:
• Accurately record customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Maintain a detailed log of calls and follow-ups.
• Market Feedback:
• Gather and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities during customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in d telephony systems.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, confident, and target-driven mindset.
• Good listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of calls made per day/week.
• Conversion rate (calls to sales).
• Revenue generated from telesales.
• Customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
