Their primary goal is to increase revenue through phone sales. Here are some responsibilities of a telesales executive:

• Generate sales leads : Reach out to potential customers, deliver sales pitches, and negotiate deals
• Identify customer needs : Ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Close sales : Use persuasion skills to convince customers to purchase
• Maintain customer relationships : Upsell products or services to existing customers
• Handle complaints : Resolve client queries and complaints to preserve the company's reputation
• Enter and update customer information : Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
