• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services or gather information.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide necessary information.
• Understand the needs and requirements of customers to offer appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to increase customer engagement and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales leads in the company's CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales and customer service performance.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales, as set by the supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies, protocols, and ethical standards during all interactions.
