We're seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and tailor offers to provide suitable solutions.
• Handle customer objections, questions, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a telesales or sales role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
