Key Responsibilities :
• Outbound and Inbound Calls :
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about products and services.
• Use prepared sales scripts and techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships.
• Sales Target Achievement :
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales.
• Close sales efficiently and handle objections with a positive approach.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and personal details in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
• Product Knowledge :
• Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively answer customer questions.
• Communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Reporting and Feedback :
• Prepare reports on daily call volume, sales performance, and customer feedback.
• Provide insights to management about market trends, customer feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and maximize sales efforts.
• Share best practices and successful sales tactics with team members to help achieve overall sales goals.
