Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
• Present and explain the company's products or services to prospects.
• Answer questions and provide detailed information to customers.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent service.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Data Management:
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Office-based position with a high volume of phone calls.
