Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound telephone calls. Your primary objective is to promote and sell products or services to prospective customers, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and persuasive skills are crucial for this role, as you will engage with potential clients, build rapport, and effectively convey the value proposition of the offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Utilize various sources to identify and research potential leads.

2. Sales Pitch:

• Present products or services to potential clients over the phone in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Customize sales pitches based on customer needs and preferences.

3. Relationship Building:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Achieving Sales Targets:

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, including calls, follow-ups, and closed deals.

5. Follow-up and Closing:

• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Close sales and process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Experience: Freshers can apply as well.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
