Job Summary:
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone. You will reach out to potential customers, present our products/services, answer their questions, and close sales. Your role is crucial in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Customer Interaction:
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Sales Processes:
• Follow the sales process and use sales scripts to engage with prospects.
• Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Schedule follow-up calls and manage call-backs effectively.
