Experience

:

Minimum 3-4 years in real estate sales, with experience handling HNI clients and corporate investors.

Client Interaction & Sales:

Meet and interact with potential investors and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to offer tailored investment solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Corporate & IPC Communication:

Deliver impactful presentations to corporate clients and decision-makers.

Work closely with International Property Consultants (IPCs) and MNCs to promote real estate portfolios.

Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct detailed market analysis on trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Provide insights to support clients' real estate investment decisions.

Negotiation & Sales Execution:

Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain HNI clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.

Key Requirements:

? Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in dealing with HNI clients.

? Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

? Ability to analyze market trends and provide investment insights.

? Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
