We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive (Freight Broker) to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and identify potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telesales executive or similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Aware about the logistics
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
