Job Responsibility:
? Telecallers make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
? Telecallers build rapport with potential clients and foster relationships with existing
clients.
? Telecallers manage incoming calls, resolve customer concerns or issues, and address
clients & grievances and suggestions.
? Telecallers engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the
company & merchandise or services.
