Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students to sales courses.
Book appointments for real estate consultations and medical clinic visits.
Maintain and update customers and student's database with accurate and timely information.
Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments and address queries.
Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.
Prepare and share call reports and updates with the team.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in telesales or a similar role.
Experience in
course sales, appointment booking
is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and target oriented.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
