Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about our properties, and generating qualified leads to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database. Share details about current and upcoming residential or commercial projects. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits. Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of real estate market is a plus. Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Proficiency in Hindi, Odia, and basic English. Comfortable working with MS Office and CRM tools .
