We are looking for a dynamic Telecalls Executive to join our team and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Client Engagement: Contact potential and existing customers to understand their property needs, provide information on available properties, and guide them through the buying process.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's property portfolio and stay updated on the latest market trends to effectively present and sell properties to clients.
• Sales Conversion: Work towards achieving sales targets by converting leads into sales. Provide clients with all necessary information and answer their queries to facilitate a smooth sales process.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update and manage the CRM system with accurate and timely information on client interactions and sales progress. Ensure that follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth of the sales department.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager. Provide insights on client feedback, market trends, and sales performance.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Experience in cold calling and lead generation is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
